About

Stacey Arthur is a multi award-nominated Black British voice-over artist based in London.

Her voice is naturally smooth, melodic and dynamic, rooted in that London estuary sound she grew up with. But it doesn’t stay in one place for long. She can switch it up depending on what you need, from clean RP, to your local Stopfordian (yes, she can absolutely do a quick trip to Stockport), to a deep, rich Pan-African tone, and even further out to Southern American when the brief calls for it.

At the heart of it though, her voice feels familiar. Like someone you already know. She sounds like the girl next door, someone you trust, but she can also dial it right in across age ranges, from a young child to an inner-city teenager, through to a warm, refined middle-aged woman. It’s easy, conversational and never forced.

That comes from my background in music and theatre. She naturally hears the rhythm in a script, the little tonal shifts, the almost musical moments, and she leans into that so the delivery feels real and engaging rather than overworked.

She voices commercials, social and educational content, live events and audiobooks, all from her studio in Greater London. She's worked with brands like Spotify, Castrol and Vodafone, and more recently in animation and gaming with Warhammer and Bye Sweet Carole.

For Stacey, it’s always about connection. Whether she's telling a story or helping a brand land properly, Stacey wants people to feel it, relate to it and believe it. That’s what makes her sound stick.
