I'm Caren James an English voice artist with over 25 years' experience and home studio, delivering sessions worldwide with fast turnaround and same-day availability.

After taking LAMDA exams, performing in amateur theatre & beginning my career in radio as a newsreader, journalist, presenter, DJ, Head of music & band session producer/presenter I discovered my true passion, voiceovers.

Today, I'm fortunate to voice an incredibly diverse range of projects.

One day I'm a reassuring voice for a healthcare campaign the next I'm a fairy in a children's audiobook, a kung fu master in a video game, an opera singer with questionable talent, a dinosaur for a reading app, or the friendly guide leading visitors through a museum.
