My studio is a professional broadcast-grade Esmono Sound Studio. My VO work from it has been broadcast by Channel 4, Channel 5 and The BBC.
I use a Neumann mic into the mighty Avalon 737sp tube preamp into Protools 8.
The ISDN codec is a Prima LT and the TBU is from Sonifex. SourceConnect and Skype are installed as well.
