Justine Harris
Justine has been coaching other voice actors since 2017. Her speciality is commercial and corporate narration. She also writes and
directs demo reels.
Her main focus is on beginners and also experienced voiceovers who are stuck and don't know where the work's gone and helping them get back on
track - a career audit.

Emily Jardine
Emily is an award-winning voice artist, actor and voiceover coach. By the age of 26 Emily was also an established producer, casting director & talent manager, producing multi-million-pound advertising campaigns around the world. To date, Emily has produced thousands of projects globally. It's this combined experience that makes her coaching unique. You'll not only work on analysing scripts, learning techniques and adding emotion. You'll also learn how to approach agents, how auditions are really conducted & how to ace them, receive structured plans to maximise your earnings, and insider info on client/casting directors' processes. Your reels will also be assessed against common trends and casting methods.
How the training is given:
- Remote. This is her most common method.
- Also pre-recorded courses. Can be run as special events at conferences etc.

Emily coaches all levels, but given the waiting list, she is now tending to see fewer newbies.
Rates:
£120 per hour for 1:1 coaching. The initial 15 minute consultation is free, as is their first hour session - so you have the chance to assess her as a coach first.
£100 per person for a 3 hour interactive course with dedicated 1:1 time
£30 per person for a 3 hour course as a watcher only
Length of training:
- Single training sessions (1:1, Remote and Conference)
- Ongoing training (more than a month) (1:1)
Any voices that work with Emily on a 1:1 basis will have access to her for the rest of their career. Once the initial wait is over, they do not have to wait again. She's always around for quick questions or advice.
Tony Smith
Tony is a qualified coach and works a presenter, voice-over, podcaster, coach and trainer.
He works internationally and across almost every industry sectors.
His coaching is focussed on the individual who is looking to be coached and on their individual goals in that session.
The coaching topics can be from leadership, growth mindset, achieving your goals, and working through opportunities and challenges.
For example helping you develop your voice-over work, developing your portfolio of work, working with clients, personal challenges in the industry...
Coaching can be delivered online via Zoom / teams or face to face, and can be 1:1, small groups or large audiences.
Session rates are typically £78 (plus VAT) per hour and follow up sessions / check in can be agreed as required.

Natalie Cooper
Natalie Cooper is an ICF-certified, ADHD-informed coach and positive psychologist, with 25+ years of experience as a voiceover.

Emma is a qualified speech and drama teacher (trained with the London College of Music). Emma is particularly interested in coaching established voices who are looking to enhance their technique or tweak their reads. It's not something she offers publicly these days but she is happy to do some online sessions to voices in our community.
