Rich O'Donoghue
Rich O'Donoghue and his team at IO Audio offer tailored showreel editing and demo production services to help voice artists showcase their best work. A key feature of their service is a free review and appraisal of voice demos, designed to refine existing material without requiring a full redo. By identifying what works, suggesting areas for improvement, and offering flexible solutions, the team creates competitive and high-quality demos.
They specialise in three main areas:
- First, they provide mix-and-match demo updates by taking the strongest elements of an artist’s existing demos and enhancing them with new, bespoke scripts or updated material.
- Second, they produce voice reels from scratch, with scripts created by a team of ten expert writers. These scripts are fully tailored to any genre, including gaming, animation, narration, TV promo, voice of God (VOG), radio imaging, children’s voices, and commercial work.
- Third, they offer voice reels compiled from existing material, organising an artist’s best performances into a cohesive and polished showcase.
Every demo is carefully crafted to reflect the unique style and strengths of the voice artist. From scriptwriting to final production, the team manages each stage of the process with attention to detail, ensuring a professional and standout result. Pricing is flexible and can be adapted to suit a variety of project needs and budgets.
This service is designed to help voice artists present their work at its best, whether refreshing existing material or creating something entirely new.

We recommend refreshing your reels at least once a year. This can be as simple as adding a new clip (or clips) to the beginning of your reel and removing one or two of the oldest clips. Producers appreciate hearing fresh audio, and they may view it as a negative sign if your reel remains unchanged for more than a year.
We can provide test scripts if you’re looking to create a new reel that focuses on a new style or project type where you currently lack audio.
Or we can take dry audio from your previous recordings or real projects, but please ensure you have obtained any permissions to use clips for demo purposes.
We also provide basic editing services.
Please see our demo components page for more information.
