How to confirm and edit your availability on a regular basis
Your availability section is auto-generated based on the information you provided in your booking preferences form.
BUT! This is displayed as 'estimated availability' to a visitor, and we encourage you to check back weekly and click to confirm it is correct for the upcoming week.
Once you've clicked to confirm it , visitors will see that the information has been checked and they'll have more confidence it is up to date.
You can also tweak your availability and add your out of office dates at any time.
Please don't be tempted to use this section in a salesy way, e.g. "I'm available all the time" (unless it's true of course!)
This is about managing expectations - so the producers have an accurate expectation of how quickly they can receive their audio or be able to schedule in a directed session.
