Step 3: Once you've decided on a voice we'll send over a booking form/quote to confirm. Licensing is an important
part of the voiceover world because you are effectively using a performance - and our booking form/quote will ensure
you're covered and have obtained the correct licenses, if needed.
Step 4: We can make the recording on your behalf. We'll check the script for any unusual pronunciations/acronyms and get an idea of the style
you want the read, so the recording session goes smoothly. Alternatively if you want to be more 'hands on' we can often set up
a directed session where we patch you into the recording session (typically using phone/Skype/Facetime audio). You can then
listen in, comment and guide the recording as it is made.
Step 5: Prior to delivery one of our producers will check through the recording, tidying it up and removing any errors.
We can also perform any additional editing you've requested, such as splitting into separate files, or encoding into a specific audio form (for example uLaw, aLaw, 8bit wav).
We will then share a download link allowing you to access the recording. In the unlikely event you spot any errors
we will rectify these for no additional cost.
